MADISON (WKOW) -- The state lawmaker who hit a bicyclist in downtown Madison this summer has paid an $88 ticket.
Police cited State Rep. Fred Clark (D-Baraboo) for running a red light after the August 18 accident.
Madison Municipal Court records show he paid the ticket on September 1. Clark is scheduled to appear in court September 22 if he wishes to contest the chance, although he admitted in a police report he was not paying attention and he ran the light.
