MILWAUKEE (WKOW) – A judge tossed out a $1.26 billion ruling against PepsiCo Thursday.
Two Wisconsin men won a default judgment last month against the soft drink maker, after they claimed PepsiCo violated trade secrets, and stole their idea to sell bottled water. A judge sided with them because PepsiCo never responded to the lawsuit.
The decision Friday by another Wisconsin court means PepsiCo will get its say in court -- now that it has found out about the case.
