Obama announces troop surge; Feingold, Baldwin oppose


WASHINGTON (WKOW)--President Barack Obama announced Tuesday night that he's ordering 30,000 additional U-S troops to Afghanistan beginning in January.

Some of his allies in Congress are against the move, including Wisconsin Democrats Sen. Russ Feingold and Rep. Tammy Baldwin.
