MADISON (WKOW) -- The cast and crew members of Little House on the Prairie, the Musical joined volunteers with Habitat for Humanity of Dane County Thursday to work on the group's latest project.

Cast and crew members are on a 26 city tour and will work at a Habitat site in each of those cities. At the end of the tour, the musical will make a minimum donation of $1,500 to Habitat affiliates in each of the shows tour markets.

The Habitat for Humanity house at 3505 Ridgeway Ave on Madison's northeast side is the group's 165th project in Dane County and is expected to be completed within 6 months.

Habitat for Humanity in each of the cities will also have a booth set up before the performances to spread word about Habitat and the good they do in the community.
