Take the kids trick-or-treating in downtown Madison


MADISON (WKOW) -- Enjoy a day of family Halloween fun in Downtown Madison on Friday, October 29, at the Downtown Madison Family Trick or Treat and related events.

Families and children ages 12 and under can trick or treat at participating businesses on State Street and the Capitol Square, on Friday, Oct. 29, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m.. Click here for more information.

Participating businesses will display a "Family Trick or Treat - Stop In Here" window flyer.

There's even more family fun downtown on October 29:

  • Madison Parks Hay Rides on the Capitol Square, 2:00 - 6:00 p.m.
    Hay rides around the Capitol Square, pulled by tractor, leaving approx. every 20 minutes. Pickup point on N. Carroll St. near State St. $2.00/person, no reservations required. Call (608) 266-4711 or see www.cityofmadison.com/parks/hayrides.html for more information.
