Wisconsin basketball player Mike Bruesewitz shaved off his famous red hair to benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. 27 News is proud to report he has surpassed his fundraising goal of $3,100.
As of Thursday night, Bruesewitz has raised $3,424.

Mike Bruesewitz lost a lot of hair Wednesday morning on Wake Up Wisconsin, as teammate Jon Leuer shaved Bruesewitz's trademark red, curly locks.
The sophomore UW basketball player explained why he is trying to raise awareness of the fight against multiple sclerosis. He is also teaming with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society to try and raise $3,100, to reflect his jersey number, 31.
