Services. Damage to or Destruction of Property. If real or personal property of FES is damaged or destroyed by any act or omission of you or your agents, same shall be promptly repaired or rebuilt at your sole expense. 4. Relationship Of Parties. This Agreement does not create any relation- ship with FES of employer and employee. You have no power or authority to make any statement or representation or to incur any debt, litigation of any kind in our name, for FES, or on our account. 5. Payment. Payment is due at time of services. Make checks or Money Orders payable to Linn Norgard. Cash is acceptable at time of services.
