LOS ANGELES (WKOW) -- Comedian Dom DeLuise has died at the age of 75, after a long illness.
The actor's son says his father died in his sleep Monday night.
DeLuise has appeared in a variety of movies and television shows since the 1960s, including "Blazing Saddles," "Cannonball Run" and on Dean Martin's comedy-variety show.
DeLuise also loved to cook and carved out a second career later in life as a fine-cuisine chef, authoring two cookbooks.
