MADISON (WKOW) -- Three men are tentatively charged in connection with a fight at a McDonald's near downtown Madison Tuesday afternoon, that may have started because of a tattoo.
Madison Police say the 29-year-old victim was not badly hurt, just a cut on his lip.
The fight broke out at the restaurant on the 2400 block of S. Park St. around 2:00 p.m., when the three men attacked a customer.
The victim told officers the men punched him in the face and chased him around the dining room floor. He used a "wet floor" sign to defend himself.
He says he didn't know his attackers and believes an old tattoo that he received while formerly the member of a gang may have sparked the incident.
19-year-old Santiago Francisco Torres is tentatively charged with Battery and Disorderly Conduct.
18-year-old Spencer Hayes Williams is tentatively charged with Disorderly Conduct.
19-year-old Blake Nicholas Majerus is tentatively charged with Disorderly Conduct and a Probation Hold.
