I met with the Sheraton's Executive Chef, Graham Smith, who taught me his latest dessert, baked meringue with a summer fruit topping.
The crust is simple and the perfect sweetness to add to fresh berries. When you add the fruit mixture it's the summer bliss I have been missing all summer.
The recipe is great for family style gatherings or you can make smaller individual ones for a special dinner or party.
