WASHINGTON (WKOW) -- Congressional lawmakers are examining how much money taxpayers have invested into bailing out two of the nation's auto giants at a hearing Wednesday on Capitol Hill.
Members of the White House auto task force will face tough questions from the Senate Banking Committee, including how much taxpayer money is being used and for how long.
Committee member Sen. Bob Corker wants to require Chrysler and GM to use that taxpayer funding "to reimburse" dealerships on the closing list for vehicles and parts they still have.
