MADISON (WKOW) -- Madison Police received a report of two shots fired on the city's west side early Tuesday morning.
When officers arrived at the home on the 5700 block of Russett Rd., the victim said was approached by a man who asked for a cigarette, and when he told the suspect he didn't have one, the man pulled out a black, semi-automatic handgun.
The victim ran away and says he heard two shots.
The suspect ran in the opposite direction and was not located.
No one was hurt and officers could not find any property damage.
