Minnesota man pleads guilty to killing a woman in Hudson
HUDSON (WKOW) -- A Minnesota man has pleaded guilty to shooting his girlfriend to death in a Hudson parking lot last year.
Christopher S. Ledesma pleaded guilty Monday in St. Croix County Circuit Court to second-degree intentional homicide for killing 19-year-old Kelly Lynn Dahm. The 30-year-old Woodbury, Minn., man was sentenced to 35 years in prison. He will not be eligible for release until he turns 65.
Ledesma sat motionless in court and declined to comment.
Dahm was shot in the parking lot of the St. Croix County Government Center last Sept. 20 after she had recently left him. The Woodbury woman's body lay in his car for hours before someone spotted it, even though witnesses had heard gunshots.
