LODI (WKOW) -- State investigators searched a Lodi home and found videos and images of children engaged in sexual activities, according to the Wisconsin Dept. of Justice.
The search happened at 117 Merton Ave., where the state says Jeremy L. Johnson lives. It was conducted by the Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI)'s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, assisted by the Columbia County Sheriff's Office and Lodi Police Department on Aug 18.
Investigators found one laptop computer, miscellaneous computer medium, miscellaneous VHS tapes, a video camera and miscellaneous documents.
During a preview of the laptop hard drive, videos and an image depicting children engaged in sexually explicit conduct were recovered, according to the DOJ.
Johnson was arrested and charged with 7 Counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
