MADISON (WKOW) --- I met with Peter at RP's Pasta Company where I learned about making pasta at home. And coming from someone who has never even attempted it before, it was so easy to do.
We made spaghetti and ravioli.
The key to great pasta is the consistency of the dough. It's important to make sure it's flaky and not to add too much moisture to the mix. It should end up looking like pie crust.
