LEXINGTON, Neb. (WKOW) - A 53-year-old Nebraska man was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving after trying to bail out his son who was arrested on the same charge.
The Nebraska State Patrol said 19-year-old Trevor Brown of Gothenburg was pulled over and arrested at around 2 a.m. Thursday.
Brown then called his father to bail him out.
The patrol says when Anthony Brown arrived, he appeared to be drunk. He was advised not to drive.
A patrolman noticed both Browns getting into a pick up trunk, the elder got into the driver seat. The trooper arrested Anthony Brown and took him back to the jail.
