Important local sources for H1N1

MADISON (WKOW) -- The Madison Dane County Public Health Department has compiled a list of tips and contact numbers for anyone with questions about the H1N1 flu virus, including concerns over symptoms, treatments, and the availability of a vaccine.

  • First, if you have a local health provider, that should be your initial point of contact, i.e. a doctor's office.
  • If you do not have a health provider or a home health agency, you can call 211 246-HELP.  The service is provided by the United Way of Dane County.
