MELBOURNE (WKOW) -- A baby gets hit by a train in Australia and survives with just a scratch.
At a Melbourne train station, a security camera shows a mother pulling a stroller, carrying her baby away from the edge of the platform but she doesn't apply the breaks.
A split second weather, the buggy with her six-month-old boy rolls off the platform and into the path of a train, then it's dragged more than 30 yards.
Police say the mother did nothing wrong and won't face any charges.
