Madison (WKOW) --- Thanksgiving these days can be tough to prepare with allergies, to vegetarians, and even vegans. When everyone comes together at the table you need a mix of foods for everyone.
So since I don't know too much about eating vegan, Lyn Pauly with the Alliance for Animals, gave me a few tips on eating vegan. She taught me this amazing dish anyone would love to eat.
It's stuffed acorn squash. The recipe includes rice, nuts and even maple syrup.
