Armed robbery on Madison's south side


MADISON (WKOW) -- The Madison Police Department and Crime Stoppers need your help in identifying a suspect in a strong-armed robbery on the south side of Madison. 

On Wednesday, November 4th, at approximately 10 p.m., an unknown suspect robbed the PDQ Store in the 2400 block of West Broadway.  During this incident the man punched a female employee in the face and a second female employee in the back of the head.  The suspect then fled the store after taking an undisclosed amount of money from the cash drawer.

The suspect is described as a black man in his early to mid-20's, about 5'08" tall, 190 lbs and had no facial hair.  He was last seen wearing an oversized black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans during this strong-armed robbery.
