RACINE (WKOW) -- About two dozen people got an early Christmas present Tuesday when a woman dropping off toys at the Salvation Army in Racine gave a $20 bill to everyone waiting in line for services.
The woman, who wanted to remain anonymous, ran out of money at one point, but left and came back with more.
Forty-three-year-old Elizabeth King was in line for food vouchers. She told the Racine Journal Times the generous woman handed her $20 and said "Merry Christmas." King then watched in awe as the woman did the same for everyone there. King says: "There is a Santa Claus ... she's an angel or something."
Other recipients of the woman's generosity said they felt like the won the lottery.
