MILWAUKEE (WKOW) -- Leave it to Wisconsin to make Santa cheesier.
The Wis. Milk Marketing Board commissioned a cheese carver to create a life-sized Santa out of cheese.
The carving got underway at a Milwaukee grocery store Thursday and it will take about four days to complete.
This Santa is being made from three 640 pound blocks of Wisconsin cheddar.
He will be 66 inches tall, 28 inches wide and 28 inches deep.
The leftovers are being served as samples.
