PULASKI (WKOW)-- MCL Industries, Inc., of Pulaski has received more than $1.6 million to expand.
The $1,650,000 Industrial Revenue Bond and an $86,000 allocation of Economic Development tax credits from the Department of Commerce will create 48 local jobs. Commerce Secretary Richard Leinenkugel made the announcement Tuesday at a press conference in Pulaski.
"Wisconsin is definitely open for business and we must continue to invest in Pulaski and all our communities," Governor Doyle said. "To ensure a strong future for the state, we will continue to support strong companies like MCL Industries that are committed to providing jobs for hardworking Wisconsin families."
To meet demand, MCL Industries, Inc. is constructing a 27,000 square-foot addition and adding machinery and working capital to expand its manufacturing capacity. The company currently employs 145 workers at its 70,000-square-ft. facility in Pulaski.
