RACINE, Wis. (WKOW) -- SC Johnson took over more than a dozen companies associated with the same man the company sued in 2004.
Two trucking company owners in Racine were among several people sued for an alleged kickback and bribery scheme.
The lawsuit claimed company transportation officials invited bribes and kickbacks from companies, in exchange for inflated invoices on behalf of their company.
SC Johnson was awarded $203.8 million dollars at the end of the civil case in 2008. The company now has taken over Buske Lines - Seven people allegedly involved are charged in federal court, including Buske.
