NEW YORK (WKOW) -- It's too cold for a group of protest bikers to go topless in New York City, so they're pinning plastic breasts over their coats, instead.
As the weekend snow storm kicked up Saturday, dozens of protesters rode through an Orthodox Jewish neighborhood in Brooklyn, protesting Hasidic Jews "handle on scantily clad women."
A few Hasids say the issue is not show skin, rather a concern for children's safety at school bus stops.
Original plans had the group of protesters riding topless through the streets, but the snow kept their clothes on.
