MILWAUKEE (WKOW) -- Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett is urging the city's residents to give money to charities for the earthquake victims in Haiti.
Barrett said in a news release that Sunday would be known as "Haiti Relief Day" in Milwaukee.
The city is currently working with the American Red Cross and World Mission Ministries to raise funds.
Barrett says he will send a letter to all city employees encouraging them to donate to these charities.
