HAITI (AP)--The Haitian government says it will start moving the thousands made homeless by the killer earthquake from makeshift camps in the capital.
It hopes to move 400,000 people to resettlement areas on the outskirts of Port-au-Prince.
Brazilian U.N. peacekeepers are already leveling land in a suburban area.
