ROCK COUNTY (WKOW) -- Jury for James Koepp murder trial just entered courtroom. 9:45am
ROCK COUNTY (WKOW) -- James Koepp will finally stand trial for a triple murder that happened three years ago.
He is accused of killing Danyetta Lentz and her two teenage children, Nicole and Scott.
The three were found violently stabbed to death and strangled in their home just south of Janesville back in January 2007.
Jurors for the trial were selected from Kenosha County. Rock County Judge Alan Bates says that was done because of all the media attention the case has gotten.
DNA is expected to play a big role in the case and jurors will hear testimony from witnesses that include criminals that have been incarcerated with Koepp.
27 News reporter Brian Rodriguez is at the trial and will be giving updates right here on WKOWTV.com and will have a full report on 27 news at 5, 6 6:30 pm.
