COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (WKOW) -- According to Colorado Springs police, a 28-year-old man accused of passing out drunk in a McDonalds play area told his children to bite officers trying to arrest him.
The officers said they had to use a taser to subdue him. Alger allegedly refused officers' orders to leave and told his children to "bite the officers' faces off."
Alger had a previous arrest warrant for failing to show up in court, according to police.
