MIDDLETOWN, Conn. (WKOW) -- Witnesses in the Connecticut power plant explosion say they were radioed to evacuate just moments before the explosion.
A worker monitoring the natural gas levels sent the message to co-workers of the spiked reading.
The explosion on February 7th killed five workers.
Wednesday that investigators recovered the two gas meters used at the time of the explosion, which occurred while workers were purging gas lines at the plant, which was under construction.
