Madison fundraiser raises money for cerebral palsy
MADISON (WKOW) -- United Cerebral Palsy held a fundraiser at Blackhawk Country Club tonight.
It's the 23rd annual event.
There was a raffle, dinner and celebrity games. Famous Madisonians took the place of wait staff.
The evening's wait staff included notable personalities such as Representative Tammy Baldwin; the Capital Times' Dave Zweifel; Wisconsin State Journal columnist Doug Moe; popular UW volleyball and football players; radio personalities Fletcher Keyes, John Flint and Tammy Lee; and WKOW-27's very own Diana Henry, Kim Sveum and meteorologist Brian Olson.
The silent auction will include artwork, sports memorabilia, entertainment packages and vacation getaways. At the close of the evening, the guests will bid on a final live auction item and winners will take home the raffle grand prizes.
