MILWAUKEE (WKOW) -- Milwaukee mayor and democratic candidate for governor, Tom Barrett will undergo surgery on his hand Wednesday.
Barrett's right hand was shattered last summer when he tried to stop a domestic dispute, and a man hit him with a tire iron.
Barrett says he has about 50 to 60 percent use of his hand.
