MADISON (WKOW) --- I took a step outside of my baking comfort zone and took on a dish that may seem like easy ingredients, but it really is the technique that can be a struggle.
Executive Chef Bayard Michael of the new Vintage Brewing Company on Whitney Way taught me how to make Gnocchi wrapped in Prosciutto with Sage and Brown Butter Sauce.
This dish pays attention to time and detail on the stove. A few minutes too long and you could end up with overdone Gnocchi.
