MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Milwaukee police have arrested five people in the homicides of two women and two children found dead after a fire at a Milwaukee duplex.
Police Chief Edward Flynn announced the arrests during a news conference Monday. The bodies of 23-year-old Rachel Thompson, 4-year-old Torian Thompson-Carter and 3-year-old Jaden Thompson-Carter were found Friday in the duplex. Nineteen-year-old Brittney Robertson also lived at the house and was found shot to death later that day at another residence.
Thompson's 6-week-old son Maurice Visor was taken but found unharmed Friday at a church.
Flynn did not identify the suspects. They have not been formally charged. Police believe Robertson also was involved in the deaths of Thompson and the children.
