Consumer complaints to BBB fall in Wis.

MADISON (WKOW) -- Consumers have less to complain about when it comes to Better Business Bureau reports.

The BBB says complaints fell 7 percent in Wisconsin last year.  Nationally, they increased by 10 percent.

The Wisconsin BBB received 15,027 complaints.  New car dealers got the most complaints with 439.  Next up were mail order and catalog companies with 435 complaints.  The last of the top three were department stores.
