MADISON (WKOW) -- Ever wonder why your cable bill is so high?
The website Consumerist posted a leaked document that shows the once-secret fees cable companies are charged by networks for providing those channels to customers.
The most expensive channel by far is ESPN, which costs $4.08 per cable customer.
Next down the list is FOX Sports Net at $2.37 per customer.
A dispute over these fees is what caused the high-profile outage in New York last weekend between Cablevision and Disney.
