WISCONSIN RAPIDS (WKOW) -- A 20-year-old took a dare from kids and got stuck in a laundry chute.
Officials say a 20-year-old in Wisconsin Rapids slid down a laundry chute and got stuck.
Officials found the man Saturday with his legs hanging out from the chute. A local newspaper reports his chest was wedged in the chute and he was having trouble breathing.
Authorities tried to grab the man's arms and pull him out, but firefighters ended up having to cut a hole in the wall and pull him to safety.
Wisconsin Rapids Senior Patrol Officer Roy Woyak says in his 30 years on the job, it's the first time he's had to save someone from a laundry chute.
