DC officials investigate drive-by after 4 killed, 5 hurt

WASHINGTON (WKOW) -- Police in Washington D.C. say a fourth person has died after a gunman opened fire into a crowd of people Tuesday.

Police arrested three people in connection with the drive-by shooting and recovered a weapon, after six men and three women were shot in a southeast neighborhood.

All of the victims were in their 20s and 30s, except for one teenager.

Four officers were also slightly hurt while chasing a suspect's vehicle into Maryland. No motive is known at this time.
