MADISON (WKOW) --- The 44th Pillsbury bake-off is set for April 11-13. 100 finalists will bake in 100 kitchens to win one million dollars. With my excitement for the contest I found we have some winners from years past right here in our area. I met with Kato Perlman of Madison who actually took home $15,000 in 1984 as winner of the flour category. Kato taught me how to make her winning dessert, the Raspberry Marzipan Tart. It really is easy and delicious.
