MADISON (WKOW) -- Researchers believe they may be able to help millions of people stop smoking.
A group of doctors in Tennessee say a study they performed show the experimental vaccine Nicvax takes most of the pleasure out of smoking.
Doctors say without the vaccine, small nicotine molecules easily enter the brain and impact smokers' emotions.
It is widely believed that nicotine causes the addiction, and preventing nicotine from entering the brain can break the addition.
