CHICAGO (WKOW) -- The surviving astronauts on Apollo 13, including Milwaukee native James Lovell, reunited to remember the failed moon mission that happened 40 years ago.
Lovell and fellow crew member Fred Haise were at the Chicago Adler Planetarium for the memorial.
The third crew member, Jack Swiger, died in 1982.
An oxygen tank ruptured two days after Apollo 13 took off on April 11, 1970. The astronauts were forced to scrap the moon mission.
