Nuclear Security summit ends


WASHINGTON (AP) -- President Barack Obama says Americans will be safer and the world will be more secure with the agreement coming out of a two-day nuclear summit in Washington.

The nearly 50 world leaders in attendance endorsed Obama's call for securing all nuclear materials from terrorists within four years.

Several countries, including Ukraine, Mexico and Canada, say they will give up highly enriched uranium.
