MADISON (WKOW) -- German pharmaceutical company will pay Wisconsin millions of dollars in settlement money.
A lawsuit filed by the state charged 36 drug makers including Boehringer Ingelheim Corps. for defrauding the medicaid program.
The drug maker will pay $7 million in the settlement.
Four of Boehringer's subsidiaries allegedly inflated drug prices in order to get medicaid reimbursements.
