VATICAN CITY (WKOW) -- An announcement from the Vatican Monday could affect a number of sexual abuse lawsuits.
Attorneys will detail their arguments why the Vatican isn't liable for bishops who allowed priests to molest children in the U.S.
In a motion to dismiss a lawsuit in Kentucky, attorneys are expected to argue that a key document calling for secrecy was not an orchestrated cover-up, something victim's lawyers say is true.
The court's ruling could impact efforts in the U.S. to sue the Vatican.
