Wired Magazine reports the CEO's identity has been stolen 13 times.
The CEO's social security number is displayed on the company's website, billboards and other advertisements to tell consumers his company's service works.
Wired reports his identity was stolen to obtain a loan at a check-cashing store and open an AT&T cellular plan, among others.
