MADISON (WKOW) -- On Monday, May 31 at 6:30pm, WKOW presented a half-hour special investigation into the Dept. of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection.

Since November 2009, we've exposed a series of problems with this agency.

They ignore some complaints.  They ignore some victims.  They promote themselves with "misleading" statistics that a lawmaker calls "downright lies."
