KANSAS CITY, Mo. (WKOW) -- A smoky smell aboard a Midwest Airlines flight forced passengers to evacuate using emergency slides following a safe, scheduled landing at Kansas City International Airport.
The 104 passengers and crew members on Flight 1903 slid down safety slides to exit the plane.
Airport officials say no fire was detected after Flight 1903 from Milwaukee landed Monday afternoon. They say they are still trying to determine what caused the odor.
Four people suffered minor injuries and one person was taken to the hospital.
