MADISON (WKOW) -- All roads are clear in Richland County as of 7:15 this morning, according to County Emergency Management Director, Darin Gudgeon. Gudgeon tells us Highway 171 was never officially closed, though officials did find debris and washout between county roads F and UU, when they went to check on the highway this morning. Also, Richland County Emergency Management received reports of up to six inches of rainfall on Highway 56, just east of Viola. Officials checked on these reports, as well, and Gudgeon tells us they found debris and water, but the road was passable.
Richland County remains under a Flash Flood Warning through 11:30 a.m. The county received more than two inches of rain this morning.
