MILWAUKEE (WKOW) -- Governor Jim Doyle toured some of the damaged flood areas in Milwaukee on Saturday alongside the city's mayor, Tom Barrett.
Doyle visited Nicolet High School, now a wet, damp and smelly scene.
The school district's superintendent says the gym will also need to be replaced.
"A lot of these homes are older homes, and the laterals are older. And so we are working with the city of Milwaukee to accelerate some of the programs so that we can start addressing on a much more rapid basis," said Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett.
