MADISON (WKOW) -- Madison Police and Crime Stoppers need your help identifying a suspect in an armed robbery.
At approximately 8 p.m. on Saturday, September 18, the Stop-N-Go on 2002 Winnebago Street was robbed. The suspect was armed with a handgun. He ordered the employee to open the register. The suspect fled the area on foot.
The suspect is described as a black male, 30 to 40 years old, 5 feet 6 inches tall, stocky build with a noticeable belly, short goatee and moustache, wearing a light colored outer coat with black piping and black cuffs, and black design on the back, dark colored hooded sweatshirt under the coat, black baseball hat, low-riding light colored pants or sweat pants.
